2200mm ONE-SIDED PLASTIC LAMINATING MACHINE, IT’S PROCESS IS TO EXTRUDE PLASTIC PELLETS THROUGH AN EXTRUDER COMING OUT THE FLAT DIE HEAD DIE IN A LINEAR EXTRUSION. AFTER STRETCHING, IT ADHERES TO THE SURFACE OF THE BASE MATERIAL. AFTER COOLING IS THE FINAL PRESSING WHICH MAKES THE BASE MATERIAL HAVE A WATERPROOF OIL ANTI-SEEPAGE EFFECT, HEAT SEALING AND OTHER FUNCTIONS.
THE MACHINE IS COMPOSED OF AN AUTOMATIC FEEDING DEVICE, EXTRUDER, MOLD, UNWINDING MECHANISM, COMPOUND MECHANISM, WINDING MECHANISM, DEVIATION CORRECTION DEVICE, CUTTING DEVICE, HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM, ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM.
